The company
behind the wheel.
MSG SERVICES AND BUSINESS, LLC is a charter bus operator headquartered in Herriman, Utah — moving groups as one, under a single itinerary and a single name on the door.
Why charter,
why us.
MSG SERVICES AND BUSINESS, LLC was founded on a straightforward gap: groups needing a coach got a tour company instead — fixed routes, scripted stops, a driver narrating over a speaker system. That's sightseeing. It isn't charter.
We do the opposite. The client draws the itinerary, sets the schedule, picks the pickup points — we supply the vehicle, the driver and the dispatch desk that keeps the plan on the road. The route is yours; the driving is ours.
That means corporate shuttles that run like office hours, teams arriving together on game day, conferences fed by rotating arrivals, school trips run to the school's timetable — charters, not tours. It also means an honest line on what we don't do: no scenic, sightseeing or packaged tour operations.
"Your itinerary, our driver — not the other way around."
MSG Services · Founding ruleRules of the desk.
Six operating rules behind every departure.
Written itinerary
Every departure is scheduled in writing — pickups, routing, staging windows, contingencies — signed before the wheels turn.
Named dispatcher
A named dispatcher covers each trip window, reachable by client, driver and venue — changes go through the desk.
Vetted drivers
Professional drivers held to hours-of-service rules and trip documentation — the driver you get is the driver the itinerary names.
Early staging
Vehicles arrive staged before first pickup — departure boards don't forgive late equipment, and neither do we.
One invoice
Vehicle, driver, fuel and stated extras on a single line-item invoice — quoted in writing, settled once.
No tours
Charter only — we don't run scenic loops, sightseeing packages or open-ticket sightseeing buses. Your group is the point.
Company record.
The essentials, on file. For availability, quotes and scheduling, use the charter request — the dispatch desk answers with live capacity and a written itinerary proposal.
