MSG / Charter

Booking
the coach.

Five gates from request to return — the same process whether the trip is a morning shuttle or a multi-day charter.

GATES/01–05

The boarding process.

Each gate ends in writing — that's how the trip stays on the record.

1

Request & availability

Dates, headcount, pickup points and destination — the desk checks live vehicle capacity and issues a written quote itemizing vehicle, driver, fuel and stated extras.

2

Itinerary build

The desk drafts your itinerary: pickup times, routing, staging windows, luggage needs, rest stops and contingencies — your schedule, structured to drive legally.

3

Agreement & deposit

Charter agreement with the signed itinerary, cancellation terms and the itemized quote. Signed before the vehicle is assigned.

4

Trip & dispatch

Vehicle staged early, driver on the itinerary, dispatcher on duty for the window — changes go through the desk, not the intercom.

5

Return & settle

Trip closed on the record — one invoice to the itemized quote, disputes settled against the signed itinerary.

TERMS/01

What a charter is.

A charter is private transportation booked by the vehicle. Your group occupies the coach; the route, schedule and stops follow your itinerary. The driver is ours — qualified, documented, on duty for the window.

This differs from scheduled service: there's no ticket, no shared coach, no fixed timetable — and it's not sightseeing. We provide transportation, not narration. The destination's purpose is yours; getting there together is ours.

Federal hours-of-service rules shape every itinerary — duty windows and required rest are built into the plan, not worked around. Multi-day trips are scheduled so the driver stays legal and the group stays on schedule.

TERMS/02

Asked at the desk.

Two to four weeks covers most trips; recurring programs get scheduled earlier. Peak dates book out — the desk will tell you honestly if your window is tight. Last-minute charters are quoted on live capacity.

Yes — through the dispatcher, on the record. Changes that run past the driver's legal duty window get flagged immediately with alternatives, not discovered at the curb.

No — and we say that plainly. MSG provides charter transportation: your group, your route, your schedule. If a tour operator's itinerary is what you need, we'll say so and point you to one.

Luggage bays on equipped coaches handle team gear, instruments and event equipment — tell us the volume at booking so the right vehicle gets assigned.
